1. Registration method: This workshop adopts online registration. Participants should register, book hotels and submit abstracts through the conference website (https://ptes2026_wtt2026.scimeeting.cn/). 

2. Registration fee standards: (charging standards and channel requirements for domestic and overseas participants) To be determined. 

Note: Members refer to members of the Chinese Physical Society. Participants registering at the member rate are requested to provide a screenshot or other relevant proof of membership during on-site registration. 

3. Payment method: 

1) Recommended: Participants should log in to the conference website to pay the registration fee. Payment path: Personal Center → Payment Information → Payment → Online Payment / Bank Transfer.

4. Invoice instructions: 

1) Electronic invoices will be issued for the registration fee, with the item listed as “Conference Fee”. 

2) From the registration check-in date, participants may log in to the conference website to fill in invoice information. The invoice will be issued within 5 working days after the conference and sent to the reserved email address. 

5. Registration instructions for members of the Chinese Physical Society: 

Representatives registered at the member rate should upload membership certification materials (screenshot of membership information) on the conference website. Upload path: Personal Center → Participation Information → Participant Identity. Membership information can be obtained from the WeChat official account of the “Chinese Physical Society”. 

6. Refund instructions: From the date of issuance of this notice, paid representatives who cannot attend the conference will receive a partial refund after calculation, excluding mailed conference materials and souvenirs.
